Self serve bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance and no more than 2 weeks prior to your desired appointment.
Cancellations or Rescheduling
Cancellations or Rescheduling
24 hours notice is required to avoid an $80 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-show appointments will incur this fee to compensate for the time and resources allocated to the scheduled service.
Arrival windows are within one hour of your scheduled booking. No deposit needed, to secure your appointment with us. We value your time and commit to providing timely and professional service.

Free phone consultation, includes initial contact regardless of method used ( phone call, text, email, or other platform such as Yelp or Angi. Photos may be required to perform a proper consultation. Estimated price is subject to change if, upon arrival, the project is significantly different or larger than originally discussed or shown in photos.
On-Site Estimates are required for cleanout services larger than 1000sf. This will be free unless your site is outside of our typical service area.Then a trip fee will be billed on the day of the estimate. Should this be the case, and the estimate is approved, the trip fee will be deducted from the final invoice.
Pricing will always be accordingly by size, volume and type of project to be completed. Every project is different, so pricing is determined case by case. Items removed from inside of your home or office,(opposed to your garage or driveway) are subject to an additional labor fee. Please see our rates page for base rate pricing only. Any estimate over $800 requires a 30% deposit to begin the work.
Time frame of work to be completed may be extended past the original estimate, if unexpected issues or inclement weather cause delay. Customers will be notified immediately should that occur.

Payments are due on the day of service unless otherwise approved by management. Invoices shall be paid using an on-line payment link for all major credit cards. Payment is due upon work completion. All invoices are subject to a late fee of $10 per day, if not paid on the day of service completion.

All items received during any service, become property of Haul for One. It will be Haul for One's sole discretion to determine if said property will be reused, repurposed, recycled, refurbished, sold or destroyed after removing it from the client's location.

Any new services not discussed in the original estimate, but are added on at time of service, will be added on to the final invoice. Or new service requests can be made for a later time and/or date. Repeat customers are entitled to a 5% discount or whichever discount applies at that time.

All appliances must be disconnected from any existing utilities, such as, water, gas, electricity, prior to our arrival. Haul for one is not responsible for any damages occurring from utility sources. Refrigerators must be free of any food or debris. It is not Haul for One's responsibility to clean out appliances. Nor any damage occurring to anything left inside any appliance.
Discount Policy

A customer wanting to take advantage of any advertised discount, must mention it at time of booking the service. Discounts will be applied to the final invoice. Discounts or coupons cannot be combined. Our Senior discount is for customers 65 and older. Haul for One will not assume any customers age, but may ask for documentation showing eligibility.The discount must be requested by the eligible customer at the time of booking the service.

Haul for One is Pet friendly. To ensure your pet's safety, we ask that you secure your pets in another area of your home during the work of your project.
Subcontractor Policy

In certain cases, Haul for One may hire independent subcontractors for various work when necessary for best efficiency or to complete a project on time.
Service Area

Haul for one serves Indianapolis and the surrounding counties within a 30 mile radius of our office zip code of 46236. Any customer outside of our service area is subject to a trip charge of $80 for an On-site estimate (deducted from the final invoice of completed work). Other mileage charges may apply if the project completion timeframe is more than 2 days (not including unexpected delays).
