What types of items can your junk hauling services remove?

We will haul away your junk, furniture, appliances, household cleaning chemicals and/or paint cans, recyclable materials and electronics, construction or light demolition debris, Yard waste or storm debris, and trash overflow.

Do you provide clean-out services for commercial properties?

Yes, we offer commercial cleanouts. Including dismantling of retail shelving units for retail close-outs for both large or small businesses

What is included in your light demolition services?

Our light demolition includes dismantle or destruction of small to medium sized structures. Such as children's swing sets, backyard decks, and sheds.

Can you transport appliances?

Yes, we can deliver new and remove old appliances, including but not limited to: Washers, Dryers, Refrigerators, dishwashers, A/C units, water heaters, grills and Televisions. (Please be advised, we do not install, disconnect or reconnect any appliances to or from utilities associated with appliance, ie. water or gas lines).

Are there any items or materials you cannot haul away?

Sorry at this time we do not haul away or move Hot tubs, pianos. We also do not handle Hazardous material such as asbestos, black mold, Fire restoration or any other materials requiring remediation .

How do you determine the pricing for your junk hauling services?

We start with our base rates associated with the volume of your project and adjust costs by your individual project needs. Larger projects such as property cleanouts or demolition services require an on-site visit to determine proper estimates.

Is there a weight limit for items you can carry during a clean-out?

For safety purposes, We do not move any "individual" item weighing more than 500 lbs.

Do you offer same-day or scheduled junk hauling appointments?

If our calendar allows for a same day appointment , we will gladly accommodate. However, our typical appointments are scheduled in advance. If you are already a customer, you have the ability to schedule your service through your customer account.

Are there additional charges for specific items or materials?

We do have fees that apply to certain projects. Such as staircases ($25ea flight), Older model televisions or CRT monitors ($30ea)

Are there services that you do not offer?

Yes, we do not offer landscaping services such as gardening, tree trimming, or mowing. We also do not move or pick up hot tubs, or pianos. We do not remove items or debris related to hazardous remediation, such as asbestos, black mold, fire or flood. For this service, you may want to seek out a remediation service. We are not plumbers, therefore we do not install or disconnect appliances to or from utilities. We recommend seeking a licensed professional for any appliance installations.
